Terms of Sale

These terms govern access to and purchase of research materials from VP Peptides. By requesting access or placing an order, you agree to them.

  1. Eligibility. Purchases are limited to qualified researchers and institutions acting for lawful laboratory research purposes. Buyers must be 21 years of age or older. Access to purchase is granted by request and may be refused or revoked at our sole discretion. This catalog is intended only for jurisdictions where such research materials may lawfully be supplied, and access is void where prohibited by law.
  2. Product status. All products are chemical compounds supplied for in vitro / laboratory research only. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  3. Prohibited uses. Products may not be used for, or resold for, human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes. Buyer agrees not to represent any product as suitable for such uses.
  4. Buyer responsibilities. Buyer is solely responsible for lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all materials, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and accepted laboratory safety standards, including any import/export requirements. Buyer assumes all risk associated with the materials upon delivery.
  5. Documentation. Certificates of analysis describe the specific batch tested and the results obtained for that sample. Published batch documentation is provided for research record-keeping and does not constitute a claim regarding any other batch or any use of the product.
  6. Orders. Any order may be refused or cancelled at our discretion, including where eligibility cannot be confirmed. If a delivered lot does not match its documented analytical result, we will replace it or refund the purchase in full.
  7. No warranty; limitation of liability. All materials and published content are provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except the batch-match remedy stated above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VP Peptides’ liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VP Peptides and Varpal Group from claims arising from buyer’s handling, use, or redistribution of the materials.
  8. Trademark & non-affiliation. Compound names and any third-party trademarks are used solely to identify research materials by their chemical identity. VP Peptides is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the holders of any trademark or the manufacturers of any approved medicine. A research-grade compound offered here is not the approved branded product and carries none of its approvals.
  9. Privacy. We process the information you submit (such as your email) only to respond to your request and keep research records; we do not sell personal data. See our Use Policy for details.
  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page at the time of purchase applies.
